About me

My Views

  • Within the limits of our circumstances, we are the authors of our own life.
  • We can live life deliberately and responsibly.
  • Every second is important and it is up to us to live it in a meaningful way.
  • We can do our part to be in harmony with others and with nature.
  • Although we cannot fully determine the circumstances of our life, we can improve our ways of dealing with what life brings to us.
  • We can improve and refine our ways of being in the world.
  • We can learn to be centered and grounded in a hectic environment.
  • Personal growth occurs mostly when we are out of our zone of comfort.

Commitment

  • To assist people in using clear thinking when dealing with real life issues.
